But I guess anyone paying attention probably wants to know what is going on for real-- I do, but its not something I want to dwell on (I'd rather focus on making the personal changes and let the world do its thing). If you are not already, use blue-light limiters!
Could you recommend any particular brand for blue-light limiters? I found some nice yellow and red tinted glasses on “Block Blue Light” but it was the first to pop up in my search so I thought I’d ask you….thank you in advance!
I have gry mattr, which you can buy at Staples for $20. They are clear. They say the red/orange-tinted lenses fiter more but I found it the same, and don't like the tint of everything.
