A few of the obstacles, grounding & sun gazing, exercise and my dreams for the restoring the korongo (a massive gully in the valley due to erosion). And a bit about the tech body.
I noticed my son walking around our garden with a toe heel step. He's been barefoot all his life. Shoes were for school or work only, so he's developed a natural step.
There’s a YouTube video out there somewhere that postulates this was an old world thing with people being so light they walked like this. Good for him being so connected and you for having him be natural.
I spend evenings here watching downloads from YT and the more I watch about the more I am blown away. I see them here nearly every night now too, being on the equator. The post will at least explain wtf is going on.
Thanks, there’s a lot to learn from the Maasai. I will write more about them. I too am just beginning at sun gazing, this is a great spot for it. Cheers.
Nice work out there! What a fantastic place to be living a much more connected life.

Someone needs to tackle the satellite thing, because it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Fascinating read Jerome.
Have been grounding for years & investigating sun gazing of late.
What an interesting adventure you're on. Just goes to show that an old dog CAN learn new tricks. 😉
Reading up on the Maasai: Warriors of old. Herdsmen & farmers. (You're in good company.)

Here's to pooping indoors very soon. 😀
Cheers! 🍻

Good to hear an update, Jerome.
Thanks Nate, hope you are doing well.
